‘Only Murders in the Building’ Surprises Fans with Exciting Season 5 Renewal!

It Seems Like There Will Be Yet Another Murder at the Arconia.

Season four is currently rolling out weekly on Hulu Tuesdays all the way to Oct. 29 and not long after its last episode that another batch of episodes will get released as Only Murders in the Building continued with a pickup for season five...

The fifth iteration of the Emmy-winning series will contain 10 episodes just like past seasons.

Joining the cast will be Selena Gomez as Mabel Mora, and Steve Martin‘s Charles Hayden-Savage — with whom fans have already fallen in love over three seasons now. Add to this casting coup a newly added member of The Only Murders In This Building starriest offering yet, that being none other than Milton G Right’s Oliver Putnam {?} Jane Lynch's Sazz Pataki, the season-four victim and Meryl Streep as Loretta Durkin (introduced in season three) are among those set to appear in the batch of new episodes.

Also in the film are new cast additions, Eugene Levy (Night At The Museum), Zach Galifianakis (The Campaign), Eva Longoria (Desperate Housewives) Richard Kind( A Serious Man, Argo ) Melissa McCarthy(Bridesmaids,Saturday Night Live Alumni) Kumail Nanjiani(Franklin & Bash,Fox Television Comedy Actors Program Participant-2012)) Molly Shannon(Schedulers Of Justice).

The series scored its largest Emilia haul to date with 21 nominations for the third season of Only Murders in the Building. It has garnered universal acclaim. The most recent edition scores 97% on Rotton Tomatoes.

Martin is also a co-creator and writer on the series with John Hoffman. Gomez, Short, and Fogelman executive produce along with Rosenthal.

Now in season four the three of them are solving Charles' longtime friend/stunt double Sazz.'s murder -- after he was shot dead, now found laying on his kitchen floor at the end of series 3! But this season started and her body was not there and whatever she has written in blood on the floor was gone with nothing left but invisible words.

Season five hasn't an release date yet, but if you go back and look at the previous seasons premiere dates it will more then likely be next summer.
